General Vacation Package Information:
- Helmets are required
- Gift Certificates are available for all Tours, Vacation Packages and Rentals. Our gift certificates do not expire. Call today to surprise your loved one with the vacation of his or her life!
- We tour rain or shine - In the rare occurrence that the weather doesn’t cooperate (see Weather), our guides will ride in the rain if you want, but they will turn into your chauffeur for the day just as quickly! The winery appointments have already been made and the guides have already made plans to be with you all day; so don't worry about rain getting in the way of a great day (the bicycles will get over it if you pick the van!)
- Reservation Deposits: Vacation Packages require a 50% deposit. The balance will be charged on your arrival day.
- Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event you must cancel, if you do so 30+ days before your original arrival date, a $100 administration fee will be charged. If you cancel 15 - 29 days from your original arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded; if you cancel 0 - 14 days from your original arrival date, no portion of your deposit will be refunded. To cancel, email us your cancellation request so you have a "time stamp" and follow up with a phone call; we will email you a cancellation confirmation.
- The dress is casual year round. Cool mornings and evenings make “layering” a smart choice for most activities in the Napa Valley.
- Bicycle shorts are highly recommended; and yes, we have gel seats available.
