We tour rain or shine - In the rare occurrence that the weather doesn’t cooperate (see Weather), our guides will ride in the rain if you want, but they will turn into your chauffeur for the day just as quickly! The winery appointments have already been made and the guides have already made plans to be with you all day; so don't worry about rain getting in the way of a great day (the bicycles will get over it if you pick the van!)
Reservation Deposits: Bike tours may require a $25/person deposit.
Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event you must cancel, your reservation deposit will be 100% refunded (if taken); however, you may be charged a cancellation fee based on when you cancel:
1. 7 days or more before your tour date, no cancellation fee charged
2. within 7 days, but before 5pm the day before your tour date, you will
be charged a cancellation fee of $25/person.
3. after 5pm the day before your tour date, you will be charged the full tour
cost. This might sound harsh, but your cancellation might mean that a
guide might not have to work and its not right to send them home
without pay.
Tour start times are typically at 9:30am. Some tours require earlier start times.
Tours typically end between 3:00pm to 5:00pm. This is your day, so we don’t keep you on a tight schedule.
The dress is casual year round. Cool mornings and evenings make “layering” a smart choice for most activities in Sonoma Valley.
Bicycle shorts are highly recommended; however, we have gel seats available.
