OUR BICYCLES: We take pride in our bicycle fleet...my grandfather used to say, "You're only as good as your tools."  Back then, “tools” meant construction tools as this was a way of life in our family. Today, the translation for our business is simple: TOOLS = BICYCLES.  We've teamed up with Specialized Bicycles and KHS to offer you great quality, current-year models for an enjoyable ride.  Whether you are a recreational rider or an avid cyclist with your own pedals, we have a bike and pedals for you.  Pick from road, road-hybrid, comfort, or full-suspension mountain bikes, tandems, recumbents …we even have kids bikes and trailers!  You are welcome to ride your own personal bike on our tours however, tour rates are the same.

FREE DELIVERY: We offer free bicycle drop off and pick up service to any hotel or B&B in the town of Sonoma (including The Carneros Inn).

If you are staying closer to Napa, our partner company, Napa Valley Bike Tours, can help you with your bike rental needs.

Your rental bikes will be dropped off and picked up the following day between 8:30am and 10:00am.

Car Racks are available free of charge, but you are responsible for installation.

STEP ONE:

Call us at 877-308-BIKE (2453) to reserve your bike rental. DO NOT use our online reservation system...we can only ensure your delivery if you CALL US. 

STEP TWO:

Need hotel, airline, and car rental reservations? We invite you to review our all-inclusive vacation packages, but if you are in the "figure-it-out-and-do-it-yourself" mode, please book directly through our travel partner's website at www.nvbtTravel.com!  We've found that you have a 70% chance of getting the same or better pricing than other travel search engines...so why not give them a try?

General Rental Information:

• Helmets are required
• Advance reservations are highly recommended if you want to reserve a road bike, tandem, or kid's bike or trailer.  Hybrids are not necessary to reserve as we have over 100 of these type bikes; however, advance reservations are required if you want any bicycle delivered.
• Advance reservations are highly recommended if you are booking 6 or more of any kind of bicycle.
• Reservation Deposits: Bike rentals may require a $15/bike deposit.
• Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event you must cancel, your reservation deposit will be 100% refunded (if taken); however, you may be charged a cancellation fee based on when you cancel:

            1. 7 days or more before your rental date, no cancellation fee charged

            2. within 7 days, but before 5pm the day before your rental date, you will

                be charged a cancellation fee of $15/bike reserved. 

            3. after 5pm the day before your rental date, you will be charged the "daily

                charge" listed above depending on the type of bike you rented. This

                might sound harsh, but your last minute cancellation will probably mean

                that we will not have time to rent that bike that day.

• Bicycle rentals will be dropped of between 8:30am and 10:00am; they will be picked up the following morning between 8:30am and 10:00am.
