My wife and I just returned from our package tour. This was one of the best vacations we have ever done. The combination of great wine, food, and just the right amount of exercise was perfect. Everyone on staff was great, and the atmosphere on the tours was focused on fun and friendliness. The bikes were the perfect way to enjoy the scenery. Thanks again.

Just wanted to send a quick thank you for a very fun trip for the four of us girls. We absolutely loved everything…..the people, the food, the wine tastings, and the bike tours. Lynette wanted us to go on a bike ride today! Everything was seamless the spas, hotels, horsebackriding, and restaurants. Yesterday we went back to our favorite winery, Vincent Arroyo, and had a chance to meet the owner. He took us on a personalized tour and let us taste a 1991 cab! Thank you again for making our trip one of the best ever.

I wanted to send my thanks to Napa Valley Bike Tours and a special thanks to Jill our guide. After having done Napa by car and by limo in the past, I can say that the best possible way to see Napa is from a bicycle. My mom and I enjoyed every second of the ride and the wonderful wineries that we visited. We probably would not have even known about some of them if not for the tour. Going in I think we were both nervous about riding for any kind of distance, but the pace that was set for the day was relaxing where we never had any problems.
Thank you again for a wonderful day! I forget who it was at the shop that put the order in for the beautiful weather, but it definitely came through.

Our wine shipment just arrived, and Carol and I both wanted to thank you and all the crew for a fabulous vacation. I have passed out many of the brochures and encouraged everyone if they want to have a wonderful vacation you are the people to see. We aren 't sure when we will be back, but we will definitely be back some time. I really miss the workout rides; they really added to my whole experience. We both can't say enough about all the staff -- from guides to van support to the staff in the shop. Keep up the great work.

The trip was outstanding! The routes, hotels, and dining arrangements were all excellent. There is not much I would change... I did not previously tell you how great Nick and John were. They were both outstanding! Two of the best guides we have ever had (this was our 12th bike ride vacation). Please do not hesitate to use any of us as references. We would all be eager to sing your praise... thank you for all your efforts in creating a wonderful trip for us and for the dinner the first evening. It was unexpected but much appreciated. Jesse and I just got back to Atlanta and I couldn't wait to thank you guys for such a wonderful experience in Napa! The bike tour was a birthday present to me and was also my first visit to Napa and I could not ask for a more perfect visit. I hope all is well in the Napa Valley. I wanted to drop you a quick email to see if you have started to sell your bikes for this year yet. Kevin really enjoyed riding that bike and if my memory serves me, I thought it was around this time that you start to sell off the 2005 inventory.
We can't thank you enough for helping to plan such a wonderful vacation to the Napa Valley. I can't imagine seeing the Napa Valley any other way except on bikes. It was such a wonderful and relaxing way to tour the wineries. You took us to wineries we would have never toured on our own and found some wonderful wines along the way. Your help in suggesting and reserving our hotel accommodations was fabulous. The Yountville Inn was simply beautiful. Your dinner recommendations were right on - we have never had so many good meals in one week! To sum it up you helped us plan a trip of a lifetime for us and we are very grateful. We have told all our friends about Napa Valley Bike Tours. We had such a fabulous time! We can't wait to go again. Thanks again!

We have all made it home safely-except the Randolphs, who are enjoying some time in Las Vegas. What a wonderful week it was! I know I speak for everyone [all ten of us] when I say that it was an enjoyable, relaxing, educational, active and delicious few days in Napa. We were all impressed with Napa Valley Bike Tours, and we wish you the best of luck. The accommodations at the Napa River Inn were wonderful, and we all enjoyed the superb restaurants that you recommended. We kept commenting that we loved only having to walk out our door and eat at a different 5-star restaurant every night!! We enjoyed and appreciated the help of Nan, Carol & Nick...and glad to meet your dad, too. We will definitely let others know of our experience. Thanks for all your help.

Hello from the “High Maintenance Group”. I wanted to say our entire group of seven loved last Friday's bike tour in the Carneros area (even those of us who hadn't been on a bike in years!) The rolling hills or "bumps" as you refer to them are what made the wine taste REALLY good once we made it to the wineries. Our guide was great once he started referring to us "sassy" rather than high maintenance. He really added to our fun and adventure. I'll highly recommend a bike tour to anyone planning a trip your way. Thanks Again!

I am writing to let you know what an absolutely wonderful time I had on the trip; it far exceeded my expectations. The trip just worked on so many levels. We were very happy with the accommodations at the Napa River Inn and the restaurants that you booked for us. Each meal was fantastic - the breakfast at the hotel was great as well. I loved the wineries that were on the tour, small places that we would have never known existed. Being provided with personal service (that is really only possible at family run businesses) truly helps to make these kinds of trips more special. Most importantly, though, the bike trips were a perfect balance of challenge and fun. Everyone we met from your company, Nick and Andre, Nan, Shawn, and Carol were wonderful. Each person was always so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and informative.
The second day of our trip we did the Carneros region with Shawn. As you know, the Carneros tour is a bit more challenging than the other trips, and as a somewhat novice biker I was concerned about my ability to complete the day. If I had been out there on my own, I don't think that I would have. Shawn did such a good job of occupying me with chitchat, distracting me from the challenge, and encouraging me to continue without being aggressive or patronizing. My success in the end, which was both exhilarating and invigorating, was certainly in part due to his persistence.
As I mentioned at the beginning, I took this trip with my dear friend Nanci, and it was the perfect way for us to spend time together. I can't wait to bring my husband back soon to do another trip - don't change a thing. Thanks so much,

Brad, we wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased we are with our recent 2-day Napa Valley Bike Tour. You did a marvelous job with the accommodations -- the Napa River Inn staff was professional and courteous, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. The food was divine. ZuZu, Angele, and Mustards did not disappoint.
The bike tour was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of by your staff. Nick and Andre were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. But most notably, Sean, our tour guide for the two days, far surpassed our expectations. He is both a Napa Valley Encyclopedia and a Somalier, sharing so much information about the Napa Valley and the wine making process with our group. His enthusiasm on tour and his commitment to our safety made this one of the most pleasant vacations we've ever had.

Kathy and I are back at home in Milwaukee (where it was 97 degrees today!) and still basking in the memorable events of last week. You and your staff provided a grand adventure for us, complete with fun, friendly people, excellent food, fine services, and just enough spontaneity to keep it all fresh. Shawn was a terrific guide and leader, Carol was caring and attended to so many loose ends, Kasey was delightful, Nick and Tom took care of business back at the office/shop.
The accommodations you chose for us were a very nice fit, elegant but not extravagant. People were expecting us where ever we went--the train, Zuzu's, The Churchill, etc.
I began to put this trip together last January and had a very good feeling about you and your way of communicating. I believed this was going to be a good experience for us. It was a great one! You have a very good formula for putting all the pieces together with just the right staff and just the right tone. Nicely done. Thanks,

Thank you for organising such a wonderful and varied tour. Jennie and I loved every minute of it and would like to go on another one in the future. I have been looking through my photos and looking at the route in preparation for writing up the trip. I realise that you had gone to a lot of trouble to prepare the trip to make the cycling and the hotels all different. Well, you will be pleased to know that this was worth it.
I am having trouble picking out the high spots as most of the trip comes into that category. I really enjoyed cycling through the redwoods, cycling along the coast to see the seals and the ocean, visiting the Bouchaine Vineyard, seeing the beautiful countryside and the Old Faithful Geyser. The two best hotels were the Best Western in Sonoma and the Mount View in Calistoga, although the others all had their special features. I also enjoyed the mud bath. My legs still feel supple days later!
I have brought home some wonderful memories and hope to visit California again to go cycling. Thank you very much for all the organising you did. Everything ran smoothly, which is a sign of good organisation.
